1. Shipping Information
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time = Processing Time 2 - 5 days + Shipping Time
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 4 hours after being placed.
- The above time frame is applied with standard shipping methods.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times as follows:

Please note:
- More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
- Send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center if you'd like express shipping.
- For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
- For orders delivered at the PO box, please include the zip code plus 4 or 5-digit in your order shipping address.
- A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at Support Ticket Box for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

We just received our order (I got two photo flip boxes for my husband for Christmas) and both were fantastic. Like some other reviews it took about three weeks from order to delivery but I factored that in when I ordered, the photo quality is fantastic, and turning the crank is so satisfying! I think my husband is going to love them and I may have to get some for the grandparents next year too.

Very vivid and great photos. Love the flip- didn’t like the glue still on the photos had to scrape off. And the wood smells lovely but there are a few touch ups needed where the light shines on the photos- stain was done poorly. Also sad it does not light up unless plugged in to the charger… can’t very timely for a costume made gift!

Love this product! This is my second purchase. It did arrive with pictures askew, I even thought some were missing at first, but realised they were hiding scrunched up against the back wall of the box. I was able to easily put them back together. AND I will absolutely purchase again. I’ve been gifting these to my young grandsons. A collection if pics just of just the two of us. The boys (7 & 4 years old) absolutely ❤️ them!
Print quality of the photo came out crystal clear and vibrant.
The pictures were not put in straight and the bottom of secral photos is faded and doesnt match rest if tbe photo oh and a few werre griany when on my screen theg are not
